The Sound Dome Sauna is an immersive experience that takes you on a journey through the power of sound, infrared heat, and sacred space for personal healing. Each attendee will cozy up in a one-of-a-kind infrared sauna blanket lined with crystals, charcoal, and clay while listening to and absorbing the therapeutic vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This combination of sound and spa promotes glowing skin, detoxification, enhanced circulation, emotional well-being, and spiritual alignment. Because each person’s healing journey is unique, sauna suits can be adjusted to a heat level that ensures deep relaxation. Each class will set the intention of body, mind and spirit purification so be prepared to sweat! Dry-fit clothes such as workout leggings and tops are recommended and, while water will be served upon arrival, attendees may choose to bring their own water bottles.
