How To Manifest Your Soulmate and The Love You Truly Want
If you’re like most people, you grew up watching Disney movies and Romanic Comedies and dreamed about finding your true love someday. But as you entered the world of dating, you got slapped with the reality that dating and relationships are very different outside of the big screen.
Between dating apps and the shit show of dating in the modern world, it's easy to become cynical and stop believing in soulmates or the possibility of having the love you truly want to have.
But then you see that sweet old couple still madly in love. Or you may attend a wedding and feel that spark again to find your person.
The problem is, everything you've done to find them hasn’t worked. It has just ended in heartbreak and bad dates. So, how do you manifest your soulmate? How do you find the love you truly want and deserve to have?

Shadow Work For Love
As you’ve gone through heartbreak, bad dates, and even trauma, you develop shadows in an attempt to protect yourself from pain again. These shadows build up as we avoid them until they become the scary monsters in the closet we are too afraid to face.
But just like the monster in your childhood closet, you have to face the shadow to see what is truly there. Maybe you do actually have a monster in your closet from trauma, or maybe it’s just your date night dress hanging there. Either way, you can’t solve something you can’t see clearly.
Journal about your past experiences with love, whether that be what you saw from your parents and the other adults in your life or from the relationships in your past and present. While diving into the depths of your experiences, you may find some surprises you didn’t know were holding you back from having the love you’re seeking.
But sometimes, the conscious mind has limitations in understanding the deeper shadows within. That is when meditation comes in handy. When in a relaxed and safe place, our brains can show us what lies deep within our subconscious.

Limiting Beliefs About Love
Just like you developed shadows from your experiences with love, you also developed limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs about love can come from what you’ve seen growing up. If your parents fought a lot or divorced, you may have developed the limiting belief that love is temporary or ends in heartbreak.
The same beliefs can come from your dating experiences. From all the bad dates and negative social media, you may have developed the belief that there are no good partners out there or that all the good ones are taken.
Take some time to brain dump all your limiting beliefs about love and relationships, then journal about where these beliefs came from and why you’ve kept them.
Here is a list of common limiting beliefs about love:
True love only exists in the movies.
I’m not lovable or worthy of being loved.
I’ll never find my soulmate.
I’ll be abandoned.
I’m too broken for love.
I’ll never get over them (the one that got away or broke my heart).
Men/women suck/cheat/are the problem.
Once you’ve identified your limiting beliefs and why you have them, you can take the steps to change that narrative. Your beliefs(inner world) create your reality(outer world). If you believe all men suck, you will see the men that suck. It’s confirmation bias. By changing the belief, you can use confirmation bias to your advantage.
Obviously, beliefs usually don’t change overnight, but here is how you can start changing your limiting beliefs so you can manifest your soulmate.
Release Your Limiting Beliefs in a Ritual
Write your limiting beliefs on a piece of paper and destroy it. You can burn them (SAFELY), bury them, tear them up, or use whatever visual method works best for you. The point is to see your limiting beliefs go away.
Affirmations
Rewriting your limiting beliefs into affirmations and repeating them daily can help to change the narrative in your mind about love. Repeat them in a mirror, out loud, or in your head as you fall asleep. Try all three because they each use a different mechanism in your brain to change your beliefs.
For bonus help, journal your new beliefs/affirmations and follow them up with experiences or evidence, giving your brain proof of why the beliefs should change.
Gratitude For The Love You Have
Having an attitude of gratitude turns you into a magnet for more things to be grateful for. It’s the basics of the Law of Attraction. What you focus on, you create more of. It also helps you get out of your head and into your heart because that is where the magic happens.
When you are manifesting love, tune into gratitude for the love you already have in your life. Love is all around and in you.
Focus on the love you have for your family and friends and the love you receive from them. Feel grateful for the love you have for yourself. Knowing that your soulmate is out in the world seeking you, focus on the gratitude you feel for them. Allow the gratitude for all this love to fill you.
Manifestation is about the energy or the vibrations you put out into the world. The vibrations of love and gratitude are massively powerful tools for manifestation. And since you’ve already addressed your shadows and limiting beliefs, nothing is holding you back from manifesting your soulmate.
Manifesting Your Soulmate
For some people, manifestation is about being specific. If you are one of these specific manifesters, knowing exactly what you are looking for in a partner while being open to divine surprises is the way to go.
For others, it's about general manifestation. If you are one of these non-specific manifesters, the best way for you is to focus on manifesting your soulmate without details.
How do you know which manifester you are?
Think about manifestations that have come through for you in the past. Were you specific or non-specific when you thought about that manifestation? And always follow your intuition. Even if everything you’ve ever seen says to manifest with specificity, if your intuition says to just focus on the general idea of your soulmate, follow that.
Feel The Love
Just like with gratitude, feel into your manifestations. What will the love for your soulmate feel like? How will your soulmate make you feel? Supported, loved, adored… what do you want to feel from them? Tune into those feelings.
Visualize It
One of the best ways to feel the love is to see the love. Close your eyes and visualize your life with your soulmate. Visualize the places you’ll go, the things you’ll do, and what it’s like to be with them.
